Fried Pork Chops by Linda Gros

6 Pork Chops
Vegetable oil for frying
 
Wet Mix -
1 egg
1/2 cup milk
1 tsp. mustard
2 Tbsp. Beazell's Cajun Seasoning
 
Dry Mix -
2 cups flour
4 tsp. Beazell's Cajun Seasoning
 
In a large bowl, mix your egg, milk and Beazell's. Place pork chops in the wet mix and place the bowl in the refrigerator for an hour.
After an hour, heat your vegetable oil in a large skillet. Mix your dry mix in a bowl. Take each pork chop out of the wet mix and dredge through the dry mix. Make sure each pork chop is floured well.
 
Place each pork chop in the hot oil and fry them until cooked completely through.
