Avocado Ranch Dip  




1 avocado

1 1/2 teaspoons white vinegar

1/4 cup mayonnaise

1 1/2 tablespoons buttermilk

1/4 cup sour cream

1/8 teaspoon dried dill weed

1 garlic clove, minced

1 teaspoon Beazell's Cajun Seasoning



Mash the avocado in a bowl. Add the vinegar, mayonnaise, buttermilk, sour cream, dill weed, garlic and Beazell's Cajun Seasoning. Put in fridge for about 30 minutes to chill.
