Fried Frog Legs

Fried Frog Legs  




2 to 2 1/2 pounds small frog legs

1/3 cup lemon juice

crushed ice

1/3 cup milk

2 eggs, beaten

2 teaspoons Beazell's Cajun Seasoning

2 cups all-purpose flour

3 teaspoons Lemon Beazell's Cajun Seasoning

Vegetable oil, for deep frying



Wash frog legs in cold water, drain. Put them in a large bowl with lemon juice and a few sprinkles of Beazell's Cajun Seasoning; make sure each leg has some seasoning on it. Cover with crushed ice and place in the refrigerator for 1 hour.

After an hour, pour out all your crushed ice and place frog legs on a separate plate. Mix milk and your beaten eggs in the bowl with Beazell's Cajun Seasoning. Put flour and Lemon Beazell's Cajun Seasoning in a bag and shake to mix.

Dip your frog legs in your milk mixture and then dredge through the seasoned flour to coat well. Deep fry at 365 degrees for 7 to 8 minutes or until golden brown.
