Crawfish Dip by Linsey Holliman

3 cups cleaned crawfish tails (minced in a food processor)
2 - 8oz packs cream cheese
1/2 onion (minced)
1 clove garlic (minced)
3 stalks green onion
Beazell's Cajun Seasoning to taste
Mix all ingredients together and add Beazell's Cajun Seasoning to taste. Serve this cold. You can use more or less of anything to your liking.
