1 lb Ground Beef
I Cup Chopped seasoning blend
Beazell's Cajun Seasoning
1 can Diced Rotel Tomatoes (drained)
1 can Blackeyed peas
3 Cups shredded cheddar cheese, divided
Brown Ground Beef with chopped seasoning and Beazell's Cajun Seasoning then drain.

Mix all other ingredients together except 2 Cups shredded cheese. Put mixture in casserole dish and cover with remaining 2 Cups shredded cheese. Bake @ 350 until cheese is melted.
