Teriyaki Shrimp

Teriyaki Shrimp  




1 pound large shrimp , peeled and de-veined


Marinade mixture:


1 tablespoon lime juice

1/4 cup white wine

1/4 cup olive oil

1/4 cup teriyaki sauce

3 tablespoons Beazell's Cajun Seasoning



Place the shrimp in a zip-lock bag. In a large bowl, add the marinade mixture ingredients and mix well. Pour the marinade over the shrimp and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.

After 2 hours or so, cook shrimp in a hot, nonstick skillet for approximately 5 – 6 minutes. OR you can place them on skewers with cut onions, bell peppers and other veggies and grill for approximately 5 – 6 minutes.
