Shrimp Coleslaw

Shrimp Coleslaw  




1 pound bag coleslaw

1 pound shrimp, cooked and chopped

1 bunch green onion, chopped (white and half of green)

Optional:  1 bell pepper, chopped


To make the dressing:

1 cup mayonnaise

3 tablespoons lemon juice

1 1/2 tablespoons Beazell's Cajun Seasoning


Optional - 1 tablespoon horseradish



In large bowl combine slaw, shrimp, peppers and onions.

In another bowl, combine the mayo, lemon juice, Beazell's and horseradish. Stir until well blended. Pour it over the coleslaw and shrimp mixture and toss well. Put in refrigerator for about 20 minutes and serve cold.
