Shrimp Mold

Shrimp Mold  




2 pounds shrimp, (raw)

1 cup tomato soup

1 package gelatin, unflavored

3 ounces cream cheese

1/2 cup onion, food processed

1/2 cup celery, food processed

1 cup mayonnaise

Dash of hot sauce

1 1/2 teaspoons Beazell's Cajun Seasoning



Boil shrimp for about 6 minutes in water that has a few shakes of Beazell's Cajun Seasoning in it! Let it drain, cool and then run it through a food processor. Set aside.

In a saucepan, melt the soup, gelatin, and cream cheese. Allow that to cool. Mix onions, celery, mayonnaise and shrimp in a large bowl. Add a dash of hot sauce and your Beazell's Cajun Seasoning. Add the cool soup mixture and mix well.

Spray form mold with PAM and add all ingredients to the mold. Cover with cellophane wrap and refrigerate until the mold sets. To remove from mold, put the mold in very hot water until the dip release from the side of the mold pan.

You can make this dip the day before.
