Crabbie Patties - Contributed by Jason Wheeler  




2 pounds crab meat

1 bunch green onions

1/2 red bell pepper

1 tablespoon minced garlic

1/2 cup flour

2 eggs

1/2 bunch of celery

Beazell's Cajun Seasoning, to taste



Mince veggies in food processor until they are small chunks.

Mix veggies with crab, eggs and flour.  Form into 1/2 lb. patties with a patty maker.

Place on cookie sheet and place in freezer for approximately one hour to firm up because no bread crumbs are used. I like tasting the crab, not bread filler.

Fry in skillet on 375 turning once carefully. Serve with remoulade sauce or pasta Alfredo.
