Party Meatballs  




1 pound ground chuck

1/2 cup bread crumbs

1 onion, diced

1 egg

2/3 cup half and half

Beazell's Cajun Seasoning, to taste



11 1/2 ounces chili sauce

1/2 cup grape jelly



Mix ground meat, bread crumbs, onion, egg, half-n-half and season with Beazell's Cajun Seasoning. Roll meatballs into small balls. Put in pan. Heat chili sauce and grape jelly together in a small pot; pour over meatballs. Bake 1 to 1 1/2 hours at 300 degrees.
