1 Quart heavy whipping cream
1 bunch green onions, chopped
1-2 Roma tomatoes diced
Angel hair pasta (or whichever you prefer )
1-2 lbs chicken tenderloins
1 tsp minced garlic
1-2 tbsp olive oil
Beazell's Cajun seasoning
Onion powder
In a medium pot heat oil over med-high heat. Season chicken with Beazell's and onion powder. Add chicken to oil and cook until cooked through. Remove chicken and set aside. Turn heat to medium. Add minced garlic and stir to render the drippings from the chicken on the bottom of the pot. Have pasta cooked and set aside. Add heavy whipping cream. Sprinkle Beazell's and onion powder and stir. Cook the sauce for about 20-30 minutes stirring occasionally.
To serve, pour sauce over pasta. Sprinkle green onions and tomatoes over pasta. Put a few chicken strips on the plate. Then add more sauce over the pasta and over the chicken. Sprinkle more Beazell's over the entire plate. Serve with bread and enjoy!
