Bite Size Crabmeat Quiche  

 

Ingredients

 

1/2 cup mayonnaise

2 tablespoons flour

2 eggs, beaten

1/2 cup milk

2 teaspoons Beazell's Cajun Seasoning

10 ounces crabmeat, thaw if frozen

1 (8-ounce) package Swiss cheese, diced

1/4 cup green onions, finely chopped

Bite sized pastry shells, not cooked

 

Directions

Combine mayonnaise, flour, eggs, milk and Beazell's Cajun Seasoning. Mix well. Stir in crabmeat, Swiss cheese and green onions. Spoon mixture into pastry shells. Cook at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
