Stuffed Crabs

Stuffed Crabs  




1 pound crab meat, thaw if frozen

1 cup mayonnaise

2 tablespoons Beazell's Cajun Seasoning

2 slightly beaten eggs

1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

1 teaspoon grated onion

Dash hot sauce

2 cups soft bread crumbs

2 tablespoons butter, melted



Mix mayonnaise, Beazell's Cajun Seasoning, eggs, Worcestershire sauce, onion and hot sauce. Stir in crab without breaking it up too much. Spoon the mixture into crab shells or individual baking dishes.

Toss the bread crumbs with the butter and sprinkle on top. Bake at 350 degrees until brown. About 15 – 20 minutes.
