Beazell's Cajun Seasoning
Applewood Bacon
Philadelphia cream cheese (chives and onions)
Cut peppers in half length ways then remove seeds and ribs(white=heat)!! Then fill the pepper halves with the cream cheese! Cut the bacon in half and wrap the peppers use a toothpick to hold together!! Sprinkle with Beazell's Cajun Seasoning to taste!

Cook on the grill but place it where it cooks in indirect heat!! The bacon grease will flame up and burn everything!!
