1 lb ground beef
1 can pinto beans
1 can rotel (hot, mild or original)
1 pkg of chili seasoning
Beazell's Cajun Seasoning
2-3 cups rice
Cook ground beef, drain fat.
Mix in rotel, beans, chili and Beazell's and water (add depending on how thick or thin you want your chili). I usually fill the can of rotel 1-2 times. Bring to boil. Then cover and simmer for half an hour (or longer I'd your prefer). Prepare rice in rice cooker or instant rice if you prefer. Goes great with corn bread or com bread muffins.
