Shrimp Scampi from Lina Michel

30 – 35 Large Shrimp, peeled and de-veined
1 green bell pepper, sliced
1 red bell pepper, sliced
1 small yellow onion, chopped
1 Tbsp. Olive Oil
Angel hair Pasta
Campbell's Skillet Sauces (Scampi)
Beazell's Cajun Seasoning
Salt & Pepper
1 tsp. Lemon Juice
In hot skillet, saute' sliced peppers and onions in olive oil. Add shrimp and season with a few shakes of Beazell's Cajun Seasoning. Add lemon juice and cook until shrimp turn pink. About 6 minutes.
Boil pasta in separate pot.
Add scampi sauce to shrimp and cook about 8 minutes. Remove from heat. Add the boiled pasta and salt/pepper to taste.
