30 Minute Quick Seafood Monica  




1 pound pasta, (Orechiette or other type of pasta of your choice)

1 pound crawfish tails

1 cup lump crab meat or ‘faux’ crab meat

16 ounce jar Bertolli Alfredo sauce

1 pint heavy whipping cream

1 tablespoon Beazell's Cajun Seasoning

3 green onions, chopped



Prepare pasta according to the package directions and drain.

Combine the Alfredo sauce, whipping cream, Beazell’s Cajun Seasoning and 2/3 of the green onions in a nonstick skillet.  Reserve the green onion tops for garnish.

Bring the sauce mixture to a simmer to allow it to thicken for about 15 minutes.  Add the crawfish and crab meat and lower the heat to cook for an additional 5 minutes.  Add the drained pasta and mix thoroughly to evenly coat with sauce.  Serve and garnish with remaining green onions.
