Cheeseburger Meatloaf by Stephanie Stone Lamberson

2 lbs. ground beef
1 box Stove Top Stuffing and seasoning packet included (any flavor)
2 eggs
2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 Tbsp. Accent
2 garlic cloves (chopped)
2 tsp. Beazell’s Cajun Seasoning
cubed Cheddar Cheese

Preheat oven to 375 degrees.

Mix all ingredients together except for the cheese and form into loaf. Press the cheese cubes into the center of the meatloaf until hidden, and reshape loaf so the holes you made for cheese are covered. Place in pan. Bake for approximately one hour or until golden brown.
