Shrimp & Tasso Pasta  




1/2 pound shrimp, peeled and de-veined

1/2 pound tasso, chopped

2 tablespoons olive oil

Beazell's Cajun Seasoning

1 tablespoon garlic, minced

1 cup chicken broth

1 cup parmesan cheese

8 ounces whole wheat pasta



Cook pasta according to package directions.

In a medium saucepan, sauté shrimp and tasso in the olive oil with a couple of sprinkles of Beazell's Cajun Seasoning. When shrimp are cooked through (they will be pink), add the minced garlic and cook for another 2 minutes. Add chicken broth and simmer for 4 to 5 minutes. Remove from heat and stir in cheese until melted.

Serve over your cooked pasta.
