Ingredients: bacon, whole jalapeno peppers, whipped cream cheese, and Beazell's Cajun seasoning..

Recipe: preheat oven to 400 degrees. Chop the tips off the jalapeno peppers and cut them down the middle long ways to where they make two "boats". Then take the insides and seeds out of the jalapenos. Wear gloves or even a plastic shopping bags over your hands while you take the insides out or your fingers will be on fire for days!! (I know this from the first time I made these) If you want really hot peppers then you don't have to. Soak them in water I soak mine in room temp water for ten minutes to take some of the pepper out and make them more bearable. Then you fill the pepper's halves with the whipped cream cheese. Sprinkle Beazell's Cajun seasoning on them and wrap a strip of bacon around each one. Cook in oven at 400 degrees for about an hour. Then enjoy!! It's that good!! #happynewBeazellscustomer!
