Jimmy Dean Cheese Dip w/ Beazell's

Jimmy Dean Cheese Dip with Beazell's  




6 ounces Jimmy Dean sausage, regular flavor (half the pack)

12 ounces Velveeta cheese, cubed

1/4 cup milk

1 (10-ounce) can Rotel tomatoes, original

Beazell's Cajun Seasoning, to taste



In a medium saucepan, brown your Jimmy Dean Sausage really well and drain the fat. After the sausage is browned, add Velveeta cheese, milk and a few sprinkles of Beazell's Cajun Seasoning. The cheese is going to melt down and you need to continually stir this. You don't want it to burn or stick. Once the cheese is fully melted, add your can of Rotel and continue to cook about 5 minutes. Continue to stir so it doesn't burn! You can add another sprinkle or two of Beazell's Cajun Seasoning for your individual taste! Take off the heat and serve in a bowl with chips or you can use as a cheese for homemade hamburgers!
