Buitoni 3 cheese stuffed Tortellini
1 can rotel tomatoes
1 can pitted black olives
19 ounce can of chicken broth
1 link Hillshire Farms smoked sausage sliced
7 ounces sliced Hormel pepperoni
2 cups grated mozzarella cheese
Beazell's Cajun Seasoning
 
Mix all, except cheese. Season with Beazell's Cajun Seasoning to taste. Place in 9 x 12, cover with mozzarella cheese. Sprinkle with Beazell's Cajun Seasoning. Bake 350 for 30 minutes covered. Remove foil and bake additional 15-20 minutes till cheese is golden.
For a variation on this recipe you can substitute : Ragu for Rotel, and cream of mushroom soup for chicken broth. Either way you are going to LOVE the results! Beazell's Cajun Seasoning. IT'S THAT GOOD!
