Bacon Chicken

Bacon Chicken  




6-8 boneless skinless chicken breast tenderloins

3 tablespoons Beazell's Cajun Seasoning

1 package bacon

1 (10.75 ounce) can cream of chicken soup

1 (8 ounce) small container sour cream



Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Put the chicken in a bowl and sprinkle with a portion of your Beazell’s Cajun Seasoning to lightly coat them. Wrap each chicken breast tenderloin in bacon and lay them in a baking dish. Mix your cream of chicken soup and sour cream with the remaining Beazell’s Cajun Seasoning. Spread evenly over your chicken. Cover with foil and bake at 225 degrees for about 4 hours, remove the foil and bake at 350 degrees for about 10-15 minutes to finish it up. The chicken turns out so tender and tasty!
