Rice Cooker Black Eyed Pea Jambalaya  




1 pound smoked sausage, sliced and browned in olive oil

3/4 stick butter

1 small onion, finely chopped

1/2 small bell pepper, finely chopped

1 can black-eyed peas

1 1/2 cups rice, uncooked

2 tablespoons Beazell's Cajun Seasoning

1 can beef broth



Brown sliced and diced sausage in skillet with a little olive oil.  Mix all ingredients in the rice cooker and press start.
