Cabbage Rolls Casserole  




1 pound ground beef

1 medium head of cabbage

1 medium onion, chopped finely

3-4 tablespoons Beazell's Cajun Seasoning, or to taste

1 (15 ounce) can tomato juice

1 (15 ounce) can tomato soup

1/2 cup rice, uncooked

1 can water



Chop cabbage into small pieces. Put in casserole dish. Brown hamburger beef, onion and Beazell's Cajun Seasoning. Drain fat off of ground beef, then mix in rice, tomato soup, water, tomato juice; pour over cabbage. Sprinkle a little Beazell's Cajun Seasoning over the top. Cover casserole dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
