Cajun Quiche by Lee Delaune

6 eggs
1 1/2 cups american cheese
1/2 cup monterey jack shredded
1 pound crab meat
1/2 pound shrimp cleaned
chopped green onions
1 pint whipping cream
1 tablespoon Beazell's Cajun Seasoning
3 to 4 pie shells

Prick bottom of pie shells and bake at 350 until lightly brown.  Combine ingredients and stir well until completely blended.  Pour 1 cup of mixture into each pie shell and bake 40 minutes at 350.
