Angelle Duplantis Duke says, "Who says it's only for crawfish? Whipped up some dip for my grilled burger, onion rings and fries. Yummy :)"


As with most things Cajun, I don't follow a recipe, just all by looks and taste, but here it goes ....

4 or 5 big spoon fulls of mayo, a little heinz ketchup. Mix until a light shade of pink. Then add Beazell's Cajun Seasoning, soy sauce, tiger sauce, minced garlic, garlic powder, Worcestershire and Tabasco all to taste. I start off with a little of each and add more of whatever I think it needs, usually Beazell's Cajun Seasoning, tiger sauce and Tabasco. Just depends on how much heat you like.
