"Feel Better" Chicken Noodle Soup

“Feel Better Quick” Chicken Noodle Soup  




1/2 of a rotisserie chicken (boned, skin removed, and diced)

26 ounces chicken stock

32 ounces water

1 cup onion, chopped

2 cups baby carrots, chopped

4 ribs celery, chopped

2 tablespoons Beazell's Cajun Seasoning

2 teaspoons poultry seasoning

1 teaspoon sage

1 teaspoon garlic powder

2 tablespoons dried parsley

16 ounces wide egg noodles



Combine all ingredients above in a Dutch oven with the exception of the egg noodles.  Cook over medium heat for 30 minutes or until the carrots just become tender.  Add the egg noodles, stir in gently and cook about 6 to 8 minutes or just until they are al dente (firm but cooked).  Serve with cornbread, Beazell’s oyster crackers or crusty French bread and you will soon be feeling better from whatever ails you!
