30 Minute Meatballs in Mushroom Gravy  

 

Ingredients

 

20 small homemade or frozen Italian seasoned meatballs

1 (10.75 ounce) can cream of mushroom soup

2 cups milk (or substitute beef stock if you prefer)

1 small can sliced mushrooms

1 tablespoon Beazell's Cajun Seasoning

2 teaspoons dried mustard

1 teaspoon oregano

1 teaspoon thyme

 

Directions

In a large saucepan or Dutch oven, brown the meatballs that have been seasoned with Beazell’s Cajun Seasoning.  After browned, add the soup, milk, canned mushrooms, mustard, oregano and thyme and simmer on low stirring periodically.  Once thoroughly heated through, serve over egg noodles.
