Avocado Ranch Dressing

Avocado Ranch Dressing  




1 avocado, small in size

1/8 cup chopped parsley

1 teaspoon dried dill

1 teaspoon onion powder

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1/4 teaspoon salt

1/2 cup Greek plain yogurt

1/2 cup buttermilk

1 tablespoon white wine vinegar

1 tablespoon lemon juice

2 teaspoons Beazell's Cajun Seasoning

3 to 4 dashes hot sauce



Combine the first five ingredients in a blender and process until smooth.  Add in the remaining ingredients and blend to a smooth consistency.  For a thicker dressing, add a bit more yogurt or for a thinner consistency, add more buttermilk and adjust the seasoning to taste.
