Beazell's Oyster Crackers

1 bag oyster crackers
3/4 cup olive oil
2-3 Tbsp. Beazell's Cajun Seasoning
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Combine oyster crackers, olive oil, Beazell's, parsley and garlic powder in a plastic Ziploc bag and seal closed. Shake well to coat all the crackers. Spread the seasoned crackers on a baking sheet and bake in the oven until golden brown. Excellent on any soup and also makes for just a plan ole good snack!
Variation: Cut up French bread into 1 inch cubes and follow the recipe above to make Beazell's croutons. Great on a salad or on soup!
