2 tablespoons of home made Roux 
3 tablespoons of Beazell's Cajun Seasoning
2 cups of Seasoning Blend you get That in freezer department 
1 tablespoon of Garlic powder 
1 can of diced tomato
1/2 can of Tom paste 
2 fresh bay leaves 

Add all ingredients, stir it real well, then add your shrimp. cook to a small boiling then simmer for about an hour and serve with rice and potatoe salad !!! Yummy!!!
