Smothered Crawfish w/ Artichokes

Smothered Crawfish with Artichokes  




4 tablespoons butter

1 cup seasoning blend (onions, bell pepper and celery)

1/2 can artichokes, drained and rough chopped

2 teaspoons Beazell's Cajun Seasoning

1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon file’ powder

1 pound crawfish tails



Melt butter in a nonstick skillet. Sauté the seasoning blend until softened over medium heat. Add artichokes, Beazell’s, garlic and file’ and cook for about 5 minutes. Add crawfish tail meat and cook for about 15 minutes or until heated through. Serve over cooked rice.
