1 lb. chicken
2 onions
2 red bell peppers
1 lb. red potatoes (cut in one inch cubes)
1/2 c. melted butter
2 Tbsp. Beazell’s Cajun Seasoning

Toss together in pan and bake at 425 degrees for 30 minutes, stir well, then continue to bake for 30 minutes.
