Beazell's Pickled Eggs by Linda Gros

Beazell's Pickled Eggs - Contributed by Linda Gros  




12 hard boiled and peeled eggs

3 cups water

2 cups vinegar

Handful of seasoning blend (onions, bell pepper and celery)

3 tablespoons Beazell's Cajun Seasoning

2 dashes of hot sauce



Combine water, vinegar, seasoning blend, Beazell’s Cajun Seasoning and hot sauce in a pot and boil for 15-20 minutes. Place eggs into a jar and pour vinegar mixture into the jar over the eggs. Cover, refrigerate and allow to set for 3-4 days or longer. Note – the longer you allow the eggs to set in the mixture, the stronger the flavor!
