Chocolate Haystacks  

 

Ingredients

 

14 ounces package semi-sweet chocolate chips

3 ounces can chow mein noodles

1 1/2 cups salted dry roasted peanuts

1-2 teaspoons Beazell's Cajun Seasoning

 

Directions

 

Melt chocolate in a bowl set over a pot of simmering water stirring continuously.  Mix in chow mein noodles, peanuts and Beazell’s.  Drop by spoonfuls onto parchment or waxed paper on a cookie sheet.  Sprinkle just a little more Beazell’s on each cookie and refrigerate for 1 hour.
