Warm Crab Dip

Warm Crab Dip  




1/2 pound lump crab meat, free of shells

8 ounce package cream cheese

1/2 cup mayonnaise

1/4 cup Parmesan cheese, shredded

3 tablespoons minced green onions (green & white)

3 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce

2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice

2 teaspoons Louisiana Hot Sauce

Beazell's Cajun Seasoning, to taste



Combine all in a bowl (leave out a little Parmesan cheese to place on top), place in baking dish and put remaining Parmesan cheese on top, bake at 375 degrees for 30 minutes, then broil for about 3 minutes at 450 degrees. Great on toasted French bread or crackers!
