Easy Roasted Chicken Alfredo

Easy Roasted Chicken Alfredo  




1 whole roasted chicken

1 tablespoon olive oil

1/4 cup diced onion

1 bottle Bertolli Alfredo sauce

2 tablespoons Beazell's Cajun Seasoning

¼ cup water

1 package rotini noodles, or pasta of your choice  



Debone chicken and cut meat up into small portions; place on side.  In black iron or Magnalite pot, sauté onions in extra virgin olive oil until clear.  Add Alfredo Sauce and Beazell’s Cajun Seasoning and cook for about 15 minutes on very low.  Add chicken, ¼ cup of water and cook for about 10 minutes to blend flavors.  In a separate pot, cook noodles and drain.  These portions can be combined in the pot or upon plating.  More Beazell’s Cajun Seasoning can be added for your personal taste.  Serve with garlic bread.
