Boudin Dip

8 ounces sour cream

1 tablespoon mayonnaise

1 teaspoon Beazell's Cajun Seasoning

2 green onions, chopped



Microwave the boudin for 2 minutes.  Set aside and allow to cool slightly.  Remove the boudin from the casing and place into a medium sized bowl.  Add to the bowl the sour cream, mayonnaise, Beazell’s Cajun Seasoning and half of the green onions.   Pour the mixture into a serving bowl or hollowed out bread bowl.  Sprinkle the remaining green onions on the top and serve with crackers.
