Amy's Homemade Tartar Sauce  




1 (15 ounce) jar of Hellman’s mayonnaise

1 (3 1/2 ounce) jar capers, drained

6 green onions, chopped, both green and white parts

1/4 cup dried dill

1/4 cup dried parsley

1 teaspoon red pepper flakes

1 cup lemon juice

2 tablespoons Beazell's Cajun Seasoning



Combine all ingredients in a large, clean 30 oz. empty mayonnaise jar. Refrigerate for a minimum of one week.

After one week, taste and adjust seasoning to individual desired taste.
