Ingredients

 

1 pie crust

4 eggs

2 cups half and half

Fresh mozzarella cheese (sprinkle on bottom of crust)

Diced turkey (or your choice of meat) - add to bottom of pie shell with cheese

Beazell’s Cajun Seasoning, to taste

 

Directions

Beat eggs and half and half until frothy.  Season with Beazell's Cajun Seasoning. Pour over cheese and meat in pie shell.

Bake at 375 degrees until set (about 45 minutes).
