Bacon Broccoli Bites by Darla Marcel

16 oz frozen broccoli, defrosted and drained of liquid OR a fresh head of broccoli steamed till soft
1 1/2 cups of shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 cup Monterrey jack cheese
3 eggs
1 cup of Italian bread crumbs
crumbled four slices of cooked bacon for the inside
crumbled three slices of cooked bacon for the outside
Beazell's Cajun Seasoning
dash of salt 
dash of pepper
Chop broccoli. Add broccoli, cheeses, eggs, bread crumbs bacon and seasoning to a bowl. Mix all together. Make small patties with hands and put on parchment paper. 
Crumble more bacon on top and baked in oven on 375 for about 35-40 minutes turning in between.
Times may very start off at 25 and see what they look like.
